Re-engineering for a Sustainable Future

Important!

The timelines for all initiatives are still being developed. Please do not try to transition any of your data to Microsoft until notified by ITS. There will be assistance, training, and support available during the migration process.

As a result of sweeping state-wide budget reductions, UNC System mandates, and the findings of the IT Controls Audit conducted by the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor, UNCG Information Technology Services was forced to evaluate IT services and consolidate many of its duplicate technologies, applications, platforms, and services. These changes, although difficult in the short term, will maximize the University’s return on investment while making technology management at UNCG more efficient.
